9 Hours To Go

Well I have to think I am going to have a good week at the casino, I am on a dreadful run online. I am barely playing at all these days because of it. Once a day if I am lucky. I just played a 90 player $8.80 buy-in deep stack on Stars, I lost 800 chips on the first hand to a one outer on the river really had me wondering.
I kept my cool and got back to 6300 chips and we are down to I think about 46 players when I pick up KK, oh yes I am doomed. A player pushes all-in for I think 1600, blinds are 200, I make the call from position 4, position 5 pushes all-in and has me covered. He is very erratic so I dont have him on AA, I am playing so tight so what the heck is this guy doing? Maybe I should have raised to keep him out of the hand. I make the call and he has 10-10.
So anyway my last tournament before my trip ends with a 46th place finish as I lose to another stellar player, he put his 6700 in with 10-10, damm outplayed again.
At least there are a tad less of those pin heads at the live tables

GL GL knock em dead

Whoever I wronged out there I am so so sorry . My first game was a cheapy, $65 buy-in with 58 players. 10,000 chips with blinds starting at 100-200. I could not believe how bad the cards were for me, for two hours I was dealt nothing. During the second hour I saw a flicker of hope, 10-8 off suit in mid position (my favorite hand) it folded to me so I raised it 3x. Flop came 6-9-K, weeeeeee a gut shot draw, sb abd bb check so I fired out a 3x bet. The two blinds went away but the button called, grrrrrr. Turn is a 2, that dosent help anyone. Damm, I fired out 8x and try to keep my heart from popping out of my mouth and landing on the table lol. AFter a good 45 seconds he folds Murrys wins his first hand.
My next two wins are positional raises to take the blinds, my next after that is a continuation bet, I can't catch a cold lol. But at least I finally have some chips, I have a good table image, I am semi drunk, good music playing in my head-set and my table talk has me looking pretty smart (I am so full of shit)
Okay so here we go I wake up with KK and a player pushes all-in he has 8-8 and flops the old 8 Okay shake it off. More time and more beer goes by and I wake up with AA in the BB, a player pushes all-in with AK, I call and two kings hit when is this going to end? Now I am short stacked.
Eventually at 14 player mark I push Q-9 suited and get called by BB with Q-4 suited and double I then steal blinds and get back to 13K with blinds at 2000 and 12 players left (pays 7)
Okay the stage is set, KK in pos. 3 "Mr Nightmare with 9K limps in UTG with A-3os lol I push in my 13K table folds back and he insta-calls. Another player announces that he folded A-9 so only 2 aces left, now I know I am doomed Oh he gets there.
A few hands later I lose my other 4K and finish 12th, it's okay though it really is. I had fun, caought a buzz and I think I played pretty good. If I play like this rest of trip something good should happen. Time for a shower.

Okay next game is in the books, details a little fuzzy (Long Island Ice Teas ) Will Fill in the details tomorrow. But was a net of about +$355 Maybe there is hope for me. Quick turn around, cheeseburger break and then hitting NL tables.

It's ok that Marge is in Charge here, but I hate it when she does that at a table.

Glad to hear the second game went better. The first game sounds like the kind of luck I been having lately.
