Llamas are always helpful

Hello Kids. Back to that $1100 guy, if he was driving I would say he was 3xs the legal limit. I was just passing by after registering for a tournament that was later that night. I hear this commotion at a 5-10 NL table and this guy is standing up, screaming cursing

Two pit bosses at table and he has a mountain of chips in front of him. He then yells #%@#@ it!!!! My hand has been counterfeited and slams all his chips in middle of table and walks away

I do a quick look and estimate it at about $1100, I see he has K-8 on a flop of K-8-Q.
There is a guy on other side of table with red chips stacked so high you can barely see him and he shows QQ. I have no idea what the fight was about, one person said that the dealer didn't burn the cards correctly another said the angry guy worded his bet wrong. Two completely different arguments that don't connect at all.
I just hope Mister K-8 wasn't driving home after that debacle, that was messed up to see.
So anyway my last tourney I was 11-88 (paid 9 grrrrr) so it was less then stellar results wise but I went deep 4-5 games.

Came out a little on the plus side, last night was walking through casino and I spot a slot machine called Dixie Diamonds. I am not a slot player but my cat is named Dixie and it is a progressive jackpot so I figure what the heck. Well 45 minutes later after some ups and downs that damm cat of mine cost me $40
I also figured something else out, well not really, I knew this but it was confirmed. We all know the economy is in the tank. The restaurants in casino were pretty empty, slot area was pretty thin as well. Every bar and every poker-room I went in was packed

Hard times have no affect on degenerates

This is the poker-room at ShowBoat, this one is only about a year old. If you get table near window you can see out onto beach. Usually casinos don't want you to see the light of day lol.
