Well I am glad I didn't go thru with setting up games with them. They really brassed me off yesterday. I have been on a good run there between cash games and a few tourneys so I put in for a withdrawl.
Later that night I sit down at cash table and about five minutes into game I notice my balance seems high I check my acct and my transaction was cancelled. I find an e-mail saying the Kanawankee Reservation is auditing my acct because 2 players transferred money to me and thus the money I was taking out wasn't won
These two players sent me a whopping $30 between them Not anywhere near what I was taking out and I had deposited money on the site.One $20 was transferred to me when I had over $250 in my acct, so how did I not win with my own money? So I left the table grrrrr babbled with live chat (got nowhere and eventually I e-mailed them about the issue)
Today they said I could take out my money but offered no explanation, was the fastest withdrawl i have ever recieved But it still left a bad taste in my mouth. So I would not reccommend transfers at UB, could be an issue down the line. MTC
