I have to say nothing shocks me anymore when I am out in my car these days. I don't do anywhere near the amount of driving I used to do but in the little time I am on the road each day this is what I see.
Okay I have only put 4200 miles on my car in last 13 months so this leads me to believe I don't want to see the enormity of what is going on lol.
Today alone I saw 16 people talking on cellphones and I really wasn't looking that closely. Then at a redlight there was the girl next to me text messaging Must have been real important "Jill I just got my nails done, meet me at Claires house at 2:30". Why don't we just fire up our laptops and play a SnG while doing 10-12 miles over the speed limit. And lets throw in a coffee and a danish just so it is a challenge
When I used to carpool with my dad like 20 years ago I swear I had to close my eyes when he drove, no cellphones to worry about back then but
1)Coffee
2) Racing Form
3) Shaving Yup, electric razor Hey dad why don't we play some 5 card stud just to make the ride a little more challenging for you Feel free to look at the raod once in a while.
I am not sure if all 50 states have the no phone call law but do you really need a law to know you shouldn't text message while driving?

Wait one more thing. why do people who smoke feel they can fling there cigarettes out the window of the car? Does there car not come equipped with an ashtray? Last I checked cigarettes do not decompose on impact with ground. I bet if I was walking down street and finished a Burger King burger and tossed the wrapper on there lawn they would run out screaming, whats the difference?
