Well I can't make head nor tail of this, so please let me know if any of you are having the same problem.

After being able to transfer for the last 2 yrs on Carbon, suddenly other night I was told my transfer was unavailable.

Boy, I was so mad and after talking with live support for over 30mins...........I found them to be incompetant in actually being able to give a reason and then got told I have to resubmit ID's etc. Actually I was so furious I told them they were stupid.

Please let me know if any of you are having this problem especially when they told another who spoke to live chat that nobody else has complained. So now they are liars too.
